Inconel X750 Wire is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy used for its corrosion and oxidation resistance and high strength at temperatures to 1300F. Although much of the effect of precipitation hardening is lost with increasing temperature over 1300F, heat-treated material has useful strength up to 1800F. Alloy X-750 also has excellent properties down to cryogenic temperatures.

Sachin Steel Centre has a huge stock of Inconel 718 Filler Wire. We Import this Inconel 718 Filler wire from reputed and Top Most Manufacturing Company from Europe , USA Etc. This Inconel 718 Filler Wire Are used for Welding purpose. This Inconel 718 FIller Wire comes with Marking on the End of the Filler Wire. The problem of strain age cracking either during the welding cycle or in post weld heat treatment is the major hurdle faced during the welding of y' hardened superalloys. Though these alloys are welded in the solution annealed condition (1065 - 1150°C followed by water quenching) to dissolve the phases like y' and 5, during cooling through the range of about 825°C, significant hardening results, within a few seconds due to the rapid precipitation of y'. Subsequently, during the welding operation, such y' precipitates present in the HAZ that experience a peak temperature in the range of 650.
